Great British Bake Off finalist and psychologist
Kimberley was one of the team on Food and Drink on BBC2.
As a finalist on the fourth series of BBC2's The Great British Bake Off Kimberley became known as a skilled cook with a talent for flavour and a cool head. She began cooking at the age of nine, preparing meals for her family and has steadily built a wide repertoire influenced by foods discovered on her travels and well as her West Indian heritage. She has a passion for big, bright, bold flavours and unusual flavour combinations and loves to make food that makes people smile.
Kimberley is a Chartered Psychologist and former chair of the British Psychological Society's Training Committee for Counselling Psychology. She has a a special clinical interest in the psychology of offending behaviour and personality disorder having worked for five years at HMP & YOI Holloway, Europe's largest women's prison, where she managed the primary care mental health service, including conducting assessments and keeping her own clinical caseload. She is often asked to speak to students about careers in psychology and is passionate about the dissemination of psychological research. She currently works in private practice in central London and is the founder of Monumental Health, an Integrated Psychology and Nutrition Practice .
